can i join your group?

I want to join but I get this "Sorry, this group is no longer accepting new administrators."
everytime I try!

This is what they said when i request to join : "Sorry, you are unable to join this group. You are already an administrator of three or more groups. Please leave any other group, or upgrade to Premium Membership first."
